 Terms and Conditions – Effective 10/8/2016


  1. DISCOUNTS: Discounts will be offered after a valid ID is verified by a  service technician. Discounts are effective for appliance sales and repair labor only.
    1. 10% - Senior Citizen discount (60+ years of age)
    2. 10% - Law Enforcement / First-Responders
  2. SERVICE CALL FEE: The service fee for Repairs will be charged as follows:
    1. $75.00 - any refrigeration unit
    2. $60.00 – all other appliances example: washer, dryer, oven, microwave, etc.
  3. MULTIPLE UNITS: Rogers Furniture & Appliance frequently books calls for customers with multiple units. A service fee will be charged for each unit. A $20.00 discount will be applied to each additional unit.
  4. DIAGNOSIS: The appliance must be installed and accessible to the service technician. Based on the customer's description of the issue, the technician will diagnose the unit and determine what repair(s) will be necessary to resolve the issue(s). Due to the complexity of appliances, there can be additional underlying issue(s). In the event of an underlying issue(s) after the initial repair, an additional diagnosis and estimate will be provided.
  5. ESTIMATE: Estimates will be valid for 15 days. The customer is responsible for reviewing the estimate with the technician. Payment of parts and/or labor indicates approval and complete agreement by the customer to have Rogers Furniture & Appliance repair the appliance at the price quoted on the estimate. 
  6. PARTS: Technicians have the most commonly replaced parts in their vehicle stock. Parts will be ordered within 72 hours of initial visit. Depending on part availability, most parts will arrive within 1-5 business days. Special order parts may take longer. Unfortunately we can only relay ETA information given to our company by our part distributors. Once the part has arrived, the technician will contact the customer to schedule the part installation. Rogers Furniture & Appliance reserves the right to retain old parts and components that have been replaced by a service technician.
  7. PAYMENT: At this time Rogers Furniture & Appliance accepts cash only. Payment is due at time of initial visit. Rogers Furniture & Appliance requires customers to pay for total part cost and a portion of labor upon initial visit. The remainder of the invoice is due upon completion of repair.
  8. LATE PAYMENTS: Payment is due at time of service. If your account becomes past due the following actions will be taken:
    1. 14 days past due: $20.00 late fee will be accessed per invoice
    2. 30 days past due: Collections - Customer will be responsible for any collection fees/charges.
    3. Returned/Cancelled Check Fee: Customer agrees to pay a $35.00 returned/cancelled check fee.
  9. REFUSAL OF PAYMENT: If the customer refuses to pay the service technician, Rogers Furniture & Appliance reserves the right to expedite account to collections.
  10. COMPLETED REPAIR: Once the repair is complete, the customer will be asked to review and test the appliance. Payment of services in full will indicate that the customer has reviewed and tested the appliance and the service is completed to their satisfaction. No refunds will be issued on completed repairs.
  11. REFUNDS: Refunds for new parts may be issued in a case-by-case basis at the technician’s discretion. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process. The following parts cannot be refunded: control boards and/or special order parts
  12. WARRANTY: Rogers Furniture & Appliance Repair Service offers a 30 day warranty on all Appliance Sales, New Parts and labor. Sales Warranty will provide a Exchange of a appliance, no cost repair, or store credit. We do not offer cash back. If a problem arises within this time we urge customers to contact Rogers Furniture & Appliance at (706) 271-6967 immediately so we may schedule a follow up appointment to address the issue. The warranty will be effective on the sale date or part installation date for a period of 30 days on both sales and or new parts and labor. If technician is dispatched on a unit under warranty and the complaint cannot be duplicated, the service technician will not perform any other action, other than testing the unit. If technician is dispatched more than two times under warranty and cannot detect an error within the unit, the customer may be held liable for a service fee.
    1. Warranty will be void if:
      1. Routine maintenance is neglected
      2. Improper use of the appliance
      3. Unit is removed/uninstalled
      4. Unit is damaged by weather
      5. Damage or interference by anyone else, other than Rogers furniture & Appliance Repair Service
      6. Non-payment of service
    2. Customer Responsibilities:
      1. Ensure an individual 18 years or older is present at time of service
      2. Ensure a cash payment will be available for the technician during the scheduled visit
      3. Ensure the appliance is readily accessible to service technician
        1. Ex: emptying the appliance if possible
        2. Uit must be installed.
  13. REFUSAL OF SERVICE: Rogers Furniture & Appliance reserves the right to refuse service to a customer at the service technician’s discretion.
